PERSONALISED MEAL PLANS

No this is not a standard everyone gets the same plan. We believe each individual and their goals are completely different and therefore have created a formula that takes into account an individuals total daily energy expenditure to calculate the required amount of calories to reach their specific goals. Whether you are wanting to bulk up and put on muscle or cut down down and lose weight these calories are split up into the right macronutrient combination for their chosen goal type. By completing a short questionnaire this will give us the information we need to put together your plan and get you started.

Meal Plans are updated monthly or upon request and are completely tailored to you and your individual goals and personal requirements. Everything is built around your details, body type, goals and also takes into account your food preferences and allergies. Every meal plan comes with a breakdown of each meal and each day so you have an idea of how your macros have been allocated. Your plan also includes a shopping list to ensure you have the food you need on hand to help you stay on track.

All Fit2Go plans come with a FREE mobile app to make sure you always have access to your plans.

This meal plan does not remove any specific food groups unless requested. Allergies and dislikes can be allocated when entering personal details to ensure your plan does not include any foods that you or your body does not agree with.

We have a wide vareity of deliscious recipes making this the perfect option for anyone looking to reach a specific goal without having to cut any major food groups from their meal plan.

The Vegetarian meal plan is for those looking to remove meat from their diet. Meat isn't for everybody for many different reasons so we have catered for this by creating a menu that is jam packed with deliscious recipes that do not need meat and still give you your required macros to reach your goal.

There are many benefits of living on a meat free diet, these may include it being typically lower in saturated fat and animal protein, higher in fiber, complex carbohydrates, and vitamins C and E. As a result, potential health benefits include a lower risk for cardiovascular disease, lower blood pressure and a longer life expectancy.

The keto(Ketogenic) diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet. By drastically reducing carbs and replacing them with fats putting your body into a metabolic state called ketosis, while in this state your body becomes very efficient at burning fat for energy and has many other health benefits including lowering blood sugar and insulin levels reducing the risk of diabetes.

Many people have found this type of eating very beneficial with weight loss and continue to get the great results they were looking for.

A vegan diet is not only good for the environment but it can also be one of the healthiest ways to live.

Getting your nutrients from plant foods allows more room in your diet for health-promoting options like whole grains, fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables, which are packed full of beneficial fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Other benefits with research linking people on vegan diets with lower blood pressure and cholesterol, lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and even some types of cancer.

Gluten free header.png

With growing numbers of the population finding out they are gluten intollerent for what ever reason it has become harder for those diagnosed to live a some what normal life.

Being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, where gluten-containing foods cause damage to the small intestine and lead to a reduced absorption of nutrients from food. This can lead to anaemia, osteoporosis and other conditions.

For all the reasons above it can be even more difficult to find a suitable diet plan that caters for these needs. This is why we knew we needed to be able to create this option and not have people turned away because of such a condition continue to struggle along without the guidance they need whe it comes to nutrition.

Pescatarian.jpg

In the pescatarian diet, a person's main source of animal protein comes from fish and other seafood, such as shrimp. Eating a diet consisting mainly of plant-based foods has a variety of health benefits, which the addition of fish and fish products may enhance. Benefits of a Pescatarian diet includes: Increased long-chain omega-3 fatty acid intake. People who eat fish have lower blood pressure, a lower risk of abnormal heart rhythms, and fewer fatal heart attacks than those who do not include fish in their diet.

Dairy Free.jpg

Dairy Free header.png

A dairy-free diet includes foods that are free of milk and milk products. People follow a dairy-free diet for different reasons, but for most people, they’re searching for relief from digestive issues, bloating, skin problems and respiratory conditions that come from eating dairy products. Some of the main sources of dairy that need to be avoided when eating a dairy-free diet include milk, cheese, butter, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, custards and puddings, ice cream, gelato and sherbet, whey, and casein.

Luckily, there are still plenty of plant foods and dairy-free products that still give your body the nutrients you need to thrive and still be able to fuel your body.
