ZGT - Zoom Group Training
Welcome to the HCC Zoom Group Training experience.
“Changing the way we all train”
With the world in a spin it was time to make the necessary adjustments to enable everyday regular people to still be able to remain fit and healthy while in the comfort of their own home.
Zoom sessions are fun and a great way to interact with others outside of your bubble.
These sessions are varied and include some training equipment but are not compulsory. All movements can be adjusted to suit all fitness levels, abilities and also the equipment you have available. Most weighted implements can be easily substituted for household items without too much of a problem. We are here to coach and guide you through each session and you are encouraged to ask any questions prior or throughout each session to make sure you are comfortable with the movements or your equipment. Workouts are posted prior to each session to allow you time to view each session before commiting to it. Zoom links are also posted prior to each session so they aren't missed, zoom is free to download and very user friendly but if you do get stuck then we are readily available to assist you getting set up.
Each membership is per household so if you have a house full of people then by all means get them involved too :)
ZGT - Zoom Group Training Option 1
This is a basic membership to our online group training program delivered via zoom.
*There is a $2 set up fee for debit payments, all transaction fees have been included the weekly payment. No contracts, cancelations take effect at the end of any active week.
ZGT - Zoom Group Training Option 2
This is a complete HCC membership and includes access to our exclusive HCC members app. The HCC members app is packed full of useful tools and gives the member access to 1000's of workouts available anytime, so if you miss a zoom session then you still have access to a workout that can be completed at home also without too much trouble. This app also includes a nutrition tracker that enables the member to set a fitness goal and then track their progress as they work towards it.
